SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Local Delivery Service - $15 Flat Rate

We offer personal delivery service to Calgary and surrounding areas for $15.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Calgary, Chestermere, Okotoks: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
  • Airdrie, Cochrane, Cremona, Sundre, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs, Crossfield: Thursdays only

Order Cutoff: Friday at 9:00 PM

  • Orders placed by Friday 9:00 PM will be delivered the following week
  • Orders placed after Friday 9:00 PM will be delivered the week after

Production Schedule:

  • Monday & Tuesday: Production days
  • Tuesday & Wednesday: Calgary and Area (Chestermere & Okotoks) - delivery days
  • Thursday: Surrounding areas delivery day

Mix and Match Products: Use our online bundle builder to select your flavours at checkout. For Calgary, Okotoks, and Chestermere customers, please specify your preferred delivery day (Tuesday or Wednesday) in your order notes.

Jams, Jellies, and Salsas can be delivered locally for a $15.00 flat rate or shipped via Courier - pricing determined by weight at time of shipping.

DELIVERY METHOD & LIABILITY

Contactless Delivery: All orders are delivered contactless to your front door (similar to Amazon delivery). We will:

  • Package your order with care to maintain freshness during delivery
  • Place the package at your front door or specified location
  • Take a photo of the delivered package
  • Send you a text/email notification with the delivery photo confirming your order has arrived

Important - Customer Responsibility: Once your order is delivered and photographed at your specified address, it becomes your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for:

  • Products left unattended that may melt, spoil, or be affected by weather conditions
  • Theft or damage occurring after delivery confirmation
  • Issues arising from delayed retrieval of your order

We recommend: Retrieve your order promptly upon receiving delivery notification to ensure product quality.

How to Choose Your Delivery Day: At checkout, you'll see three shipping options tailored to your delivery area. Please select the option that matches your zone and preferred delivery day:

  • Tuesday Delivery (Calgary, Okotoks & Chestermere)
  • Wednesday Delivery (Calgary, Okotoks & Chestermere)
  • Thursday Delivery (Airdrie, Cochrane, Crossfield, Didsbury, Sundre, Cremona, Olds, Carstairs).
