At The Humble Crumble, we bake everything fresh to order with love and care, just for you! Because of the custom, perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:
Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our fresh, handcrafted baked goods and perishable food items, we have the following refund guidelines:
No Returns on Perishable Items: All baked goods, jams & salsas are made fresh to order and cannot be returned once delivered for health and safety reasons.
All Sales Are Final
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your fresh baked goods specifically for you. Because of this personalized process and the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after an order is confirmed.
Quality Guarantee
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products! We will gladly provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- Your order arrives damaged due to our packaging or handling
- You receive the wrong items
- Your order is missing items you paid for
- There is a quality issue with the product upon delivery (not related to delayed retrieval)
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your delivery notification
- Provide photos of the issue
- Include your order number and description of the problem
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Products affected by weather, melting, or spoilage after delivery confirmation
- Products not retrieved promptly after delivery
- Taste preferences or expectations
- Allergies or dietary restrictions not communicated at time of order

Delivery Fee
The $15 delivery fee is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched for delivery.
